Moderation Department

 The impact that you can have at Bondi is powerful. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to take on a meaningful role in the success of Bondi on a massive scale. Someone who takes play seriously, but also isn’t afraid to have some fun either. Someone who’s ready to take Bondi—and their career—to the next level.

We have been enhancing the opportunity for Roblox Players to make new friends, play hard, and most importantly have fun for the past year or so.  

Bondi Hotels has been ushering the next generation of entertainment, allowing people to imagine, create, have fun, and play together in an immersive tropical resort experience.

As a person in the Moderation Department, you will be  Moderating the Hotel, along with most of its branches. You will be fairly punishing users who break the Roblox and Bondi ToS, and users who don't obey the rules.

• Detail-oriented, with exceptional communication, planning and organizational skills
• An HR+ in the group
• A proactive self-starter, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and the drive to get stuff done
• Experienced in Moderation
• An excellent communicator with expert listening skills and the ability to synthesize information, identify trends, and develop an action plan to address issues
• Flexible and though not often, you are available “on-call” for any issues that may arise at night, on weekends, and holidays
• A strong decision maker with keen analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple parallel efforts
• A fair Roblox User with a exceptional moderation history
• Someone who can easily assess a situation and fairly punish users who do not comply with our rules or who do not comply with the Roblox ToS.
